Project description
Six story office and administration building, situated on top of a car parking basement.
The building is mostly of cast-in-place concrete, and the total area is 13.300m² and the total volume 48.900 m³.
Location
Downtown Reykjavík, Iceland.
Scope of Almenna services
Design and project management, as well as project supervision during the design and construction periods. Almenna was also responsible for structural design as well as geotechnical investigations.
